2016: Issues and challenges for school superintendents in Canada. Seminar delivered to the Association of Swedish School Superintendents, Umeå, Sweden. 4 October.

2016: Introduction to research ethics. 90 minute seminar workshop delivered to 12 participants (graduate students, faculty, staff) as part of the Centre for Education Research seminar series, UPEI. Charlottetown, February.

2015: Thoughts on diversity: Social justice and multicultural education. 4 hour seminar workshop delivered to 183 school principals, superintendents of education, and program instructors from the Centre for Principal Development. At 5 locations across Sweden (Arild, Båstad, Piteå, Stockholm, & Umeå) between 20 April and 6 May.

2012: Teacher accreditation in Afghanistan. Full day seminar workshop delivered to 10 members of the academic leadership teams of three teacher training colleges, 3 senior educators within the Teacher Education Directorate, and 7 others. Kabul, Afghanistan. 4 December.

2012: Knowledge Sharing Visit. Planned, facilitated and escorted a sixteen day tour of educational venues (Provincial Ministries and Departments of Education, Faculties of Education, schools and professional organizations) in three provinces (Ontario, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island) for five senior educators from the Teacher Education Directorate, Ministry of Education. Kabul, Afghanistan. 15-30 September.

2011: Teacher accreditation and certification practices. 3 hour seminar workshop facilitated for 12 senior educators within the Teacher Education Directorate, Ministry of Education. Kabul, Afghanistan. 24 October.

2011: Blurring boundaries: Administrators and teachers leading and learning together. Full day seminar workshop presented to participants at the SAC 2011 conference, Terra Nova, Newfoundland. 19 May.

2010: Strategic planning. 3 hour seminar workshop facilitated for 8 members of the Centre for Principal Development, Umeå, Sweden. 23 August.
